Ramos Gin Fiz

.5 oz fresh lime juice

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

2 oz Gin

1 oz heavy cream

wet shake (with ice) hake for 20 secs, strain out ice

add 1 egg white

dry shake (no ice) minutes

pour into chilled collins glass and let rest for 1 minute

add 2oz soda water

top with orange blossum water

add straw
